Casting News of the Day: James Franco will play the Wizard of Oz opposite Mila Kunis’s Wicked Witch of the West in Sam Raimi’s upcoming prequel, Oz: The Great and Powerful.
According to Deadline, Franco’s reps closed the deal with Disney, reuniting Franco with Raimi, who directed him in three Spider-Man films.
